Is it possible to make payments by wire transfer?

Yes, wire transfer payments are accepted in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and USA. If you wish to make a payment using this method, please send us an email to sales@mptotal.com/ventas@softwaremp.com to request the bank transfer payment option.

Can I receive the invoice locally for my subscription?

We offer local invoicing in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and USA.

How can I add users to my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription at any time by accessing the "Manage your subscription" section.

What happens if my subscription is not paid?

We will make up to three attempts to collect payment. If after these attempts we are unable to complete the transaction, your subscription will be automatically switched to the FREE version, with a limit of 2 active users. All other users will remain inactive until payment is made.

Do you have a free version?

We have a free version with some limitations, but it is perfect to start loading information into the system and familiarize yourself with the platform.
